"The Falcon 9 attempted landing after successful launch from Vandenberg on ship platform failure".

I watched the launch on the web and it was a picture perfect flight.  Too bad that one of the legs on the first stage return rocket did not deploy completely which lead to it tipping over on landing and erupted.
I am sure that Space X will eventually get it corrected.

Blue Origins rocket has not had this issue yet, however they have not attempted a landing on a ship platform yet.
